Micah did an amazing job of patiently answering the many questions I had about the process and products used for my home's re-roofing project. His communications were timely and informative, and I didn't feel as though my time was being wasted (unlike with many other contractors I've worked with in the past). His team arrived exactly when Micah said they would and hammered out the project in half a day! They took precautions to protect my property with tarps to catch anything that had fallen off the roof. When the team was done they fully cleaned up after themselves. Outside of the new roof, I couldn't even tell they were here once they had left! An amazing experience from start to finish, and it stands out as one of the absolute best results I've seen as a homeowner. I would (and have!) absolutely recommend Silver Horn Roofing to friends and family, and I don't do that unless I'm completely satisfied. Just recently had our roof replaced with Silverhorn Roofing. We worked with Micah who made the entire process very seamless and easy. Not only did he provide us with a quote quickly, there was never any pressure to go with their company. He was on time and onsite with the crew. The crew showed up early like they said and finished by noon! They worked hard and made sure that when they left, all debris was cleaned up. Great roofing company!  Like others, my wife and I got a few quotes and although one of them came in at a lower price it lacked transparency.  What stood out to us most about Silver Horn was their representative, Josh, and his candid approach.  Rather than simply giving us answers, he drew from previous experience working with homeowner insurance claims to help us better understand and navigate the process.  He explained what to expect, answered our questions, and helped us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured or telling us what to do.  He even put boots on the roof to complete proper roof inspection and sealed a couple vent pipes for us before an upcoming storm. His transparency, knowledge, and willingness to educate us gave us far more confidence than a lower quote ever could. SilverHorn roofing was AMAZING start to finish!!! Josh made the entire process so simple and easy. He was patient, empathetic and informative in response to all my questions. He even went thru with the insurance adjuster and made sure they captured all the needed details. On the day of install the guys did an amazing job with getting things done and it turned out great! They cleaned up and made things look better than before they arrived. The billing process and working with insurance was streamlined and easy because of them. I should have picked silver horn roofers for our project, they were upfront, profesional and honest about their quote and assessment of wind damage and working with our insurance, they were the only company willing to do the supplements ahead of time Josh was super personable and through, took pictures of everything inside and out to ensure best practices, other companies pretended we would only pay our deductible and then slammed us with extras left and right. Everyone that knows me, knows how much I research and compare "EVERYTHING". I went thru about 9 Roofers before I made my choice, Silver Horn Roofing are hands down, the Best Roofers! Josh is there from start to finish. Hector backs him up thru the end & their Roofing Crew are 🔥🔥 so much Integrity, hardworkers, fair prices. I had a full Re Deck, & entire Roof redone on a older Victorian style home with difficult high pitches also this is my first home so I was really worried about who I was going to trust to do my roof. Silver Horn did not disappoint, I don't have one complaint about them. If your looking for Quality work from some honest guys at a fair price. Call Josh if u need a Repair or new Roof seriously u will thank me later...
